Machiventa: "Good evening, Sandy. It is I, Machiventa.

"We are greatly looking forward to the Urantia Book Readers getting together for their conference on the east coast of the United States in just a few days. Michael and I will spend much time there each day, to observe and to listen, as there will be many people who will be able to share their interests and acquired wisdom with new friends and old.

"It will be a time of love and comradeship that will be felt in the hearts of those attending. Many groups will have their representatives take part, and it will be of great interest to us to learn of the different opinions and philosophies they hold. I would appreciate for some of those who are fortunate enough to be able to participate, to bring back with them, and to share with those who are unable to attend, their stories and transmissions.

"This will be a wonderfully successful conference, and there will be many Celestial Teachers observing and participating. As well, there will be a great number of Destiny Guardians, Cherubim, and Midwayers commingling with the crowds.

"I would here like to touch on the subject of the new Midwayers that are arriving on the planet. The greater number hail from other worlds, and they are here to integrate, as well as teach in the ways of their planets, which are progressing well into their eras of Light and Life. Please welcome these hardworking soldiers of mercy and forward striving, and accept them as they step forward.

"By inviting these Midwayers to become involved in your lives, you can set yourselves on a road of major learning experiences. Be aware of circumstances that will show you their personal touch, and expertise in their task of being helpmates in the lives of those who accept them. Greet them, and be aware of their presence.

"Their numbers are growing, and each one of them is prepared to assist the person that allows them to be close companions. Much information, too, can be gained in lessons for individuals. This is what this mission is all about.

"I will purposely keep this message short. I send my love. This is Machiventa."

Subject: “Making Time To Achieve Balance.”

Machiventa: "I would like to touch on the subject of your finding or making time to achieve "Balance" in your lives. We have spoken about this before, but I know it is of much importance to you, your comrades, and a great many on your world, to often remind yourselves of the vital, and occasionally preferable pursuit of introducing some variety and leisure into your days. This is Machiventa.

"It is at times prudent to stop and think and ask yourselves, when you feel that something is not altogether right, if perhaps what you are doing is taking your life ‘too far off balance’. It is so typical of human nature for you to keep on doing the same thing day after day, especially when it comes to working toward a predetermined and much-desired major goal.

"And I give you this instance of someone perhaps purchasing a new home. A preponderance of working hours may well be spent in making the money to pay for the acquisition, whilst time spent enjoying it is then quite forgotten about; enjoyment such as gardening, entertaining friends, or setting up a basketball hoop and challenging children or friends to a game.

"Life is a ‘balancing game’ for us all, and when you get too far off center it is your spiritual progress that suffers most. Not only do you need to regularly pray to God, but you also need to set aside time to meditate and just listen. When you are feeling out of control it may well be that your self will is running riot, that it is time to reflect on your motives, and time to ask God to retake control of your lives.

"He knows the overall grand plan and when you once more evaluate the doing of His will, it becomes easy to let go and be more aware of His influence.

"Our Creator Father is the ultimate Teacher, and it is He, who with unconditional love, patience, compassion and mercy for us all, instructs you about the balanced living of your lives. He wishes to give all His children the chance to co-create with Him, and if you allow (this), His power of ever-growing persuasion is what will lure you toward that ultimate perfection, which only He knows.

"It is rather unwise to think that you might ever improve on God’s perfect plan, but you can gain much wisdom when you let Him guide you towards supreme perfection in eternity with the very few small steps you are required to complete in this earthly lifetime to fully satisfy His purpose for you, and for now.

"This stipulated purpose of your long road to excellence fulfillment requires that you keep all your experiences in balance. Your happiness is derived from your knowing the secret of not going too far off center in all aspects of your life. You all have the opportunity of seeking the wisdom of the greatest Teacher and Guide you could possible have -- God our Father.

"This is Machiventa, and I leave you with these thoughts."

Subject: “Time For Spirituality”

Machiventa: "It would serve you well to accredit a great deal of importance to the wise allocation of the waking hours of your lives. In your short human stay on this world, you have a multitude of chores to complete. See each of these chores through with loving care, and make it right. This is Machiventa.

"Those of you who show a keen interest in these Melchizedek University teachings are likely to make remarkable spiritual progress during your lifetimes. You will greatly advance, and far beyond the spiritual status of most of your kin in that you will become the valued teachers of this realm, and of the Mansion Worlds beyond.

"Although much of your time is now spent on your material needs, and with your unavoidable daily chores, it may be your well-chosen option to do much about the ‘improving’ of your spiritual lives, and for you to a degree, exchange the time of leisure you enjoy, for a spiritual pursuit you will grow to enjoy even more.

"Each one of you is on a journey towards the Presence of the Creator Father, and no journey quite resembles another. And yet you will doubtlessly chart your all-important course, and without exception you can all find your way with the help of the Pilot Light that so lovingly indwells you to inform you of God’s will.

"To attain that soul maturity, to acquire that spiritual energy, to become that co-creator with your Adjuster, and with each of the countless Creator Son’s children, you need to retain your focus on the end goal of your desire. You must set aside all doubt, to experience all you can and ‘meet your life’ head on.

"Indeed you require to experience, take in and absorb in full, all the lessons that may come your way to guide you in your personal quests. And as you proceed on your way, you will find your intuition quickens, and you will learn to use it and trust it more, as you soon find it to be very right (for) most of the times.

"You need not worry about the trifling problems of your ordinary daily lives, for the Creator Father will take care of all those. The big, although short and simple, answer to the enormity of our universal being, is Love. You will learn to evermore love a greater number of your sisters and brothers, and this then forms "that cosmic connection, that circle of oneness".

"You can with trust hand over to God even your economic struggles for survival. Love the Creator Father of All, and therewith all other persons you come into contact with on Urantia. This, you will find, will build and strengthen your souls that live on beyond the physical.

"Your tasks are so very simple, yet so many of you have developed great talents for doing most things the arduous way. I will leave you now to consider this enigma.

Subject: “Creatures of Service, Taking Action”

Machiventa: "Good evening. This is Machiventa Melchizedek here to visit you.

"I have watched some of your surrounding forests go up in flames. It is an understandably frightening event for both mortals and animals. Everyone must be thoughtful at this time of not starting a fire because of carelessness.

"I would like to put in a few words this evening about "taking action". Much has been learned from your Teachers and Guides, but as it happens with many college students, after spending years of learning a skill or profession, their education is not always put to good use.

"So many have acquired the appropriate knowledge, and yet they have not held down a job or even applied for one. A large number of you who have long studied in our 'spiritual classrooms' are meant to share your knowledge with whomever will listen to you, and by showing yourself to be a good example by
living your lives as happy, compassionate, and trustworthy children of your Eternal Father.

"I, too, would not get very far by sitting back and taking in the experiences, while never in turn giving back to others what I have learned. And here I have a whole troupe of Midwayers and Angels standing by, wanting to go into action and do something worthwhile in conjunction with our mortal students.

"The Midwayers and Angels are at the very heart of making an effort with whatever challenges I place before them. They are creatures of service to you, and with you - their human cousins. Yet I don't encourage them to attempt extremely difficult or hopeless tasks.

"Whatever you have gleaned in the way of knowledge or learned about service, share this and yourself freely with your fellows. Mostly this adds up to your being able to talk with others about your area of expertise.

"Get excited about making your contribution of sharing the wisdom you have acquired with those who don't know how or where to begin. Others will view the presentation of your gifts of knowledge and experience as "a safe encounter" during which they can freely talk about the troubled nature of
their lives.

"May you also suggest to others to be aware of the chances to be of assistance to their fellows. May you make that vital difference in someone else's life. May you bring joy into your relationships. And may you
thereby become that creature of service. Taking action.
