Machiventa: "Greetings to you all. This is Machiventa. On this Good Friday, I would like to talk about strengthening your soul."

"As you go about your daily life on Urantia, it is so very easy to get caught up in the fast lane, and those of you who are almost always in a hurry tend to take little time to consider what there is to gain by the strengthening of your soul.

"This soul entity will go with you to the mansion worlds, and in its existence there you can strengthen the soul even more, but there is nowhere in the universes where this can be achieved more effectively than it can be achieved on the evolutionary worlds.

"The small things you do here for others mean such a lot, and these contributions are indeed written on the ledgers of your lives' histories.

"A little time each day to still the mind, and give thanks to, and communicate with the Father, may entail "the time lost to other activities" of just fifteen minutes of your day, and these fifteen minutes are sufficient in the eyes of your Creators. For you to have faith in this being true is all-important.

"Gather the strength to so stand in the presence of your God, for it will not only strengthen your soul, but it will also to make your life more rewarding.

"Your life on this earth is not a trial run for what is to come hereafter, but a reality. Do stop to realize that great soul strength is the product of the many small endeavors of day-to-day life.

"There will be a great many "stars" put on your chart of life when you take the opportunity to love, to assist, to encourage, your brothers and sisters, because this strengthening of the human soul is the goal of mankind.

"Think of the future and take decisive action -- from these small, everyday actions of being aware of your fellows' needs, to the small actions of kind words for another, and the expression of love whenever you see the opportunity to change your world by beginning with yourself.

"You will experience the pleasure of knowing that your soul growth is progressing well, when so many of your opportunities could be lost if you were to insist on remaining static. Freely give your love to your fellows, and you will reap the benefits.

Machiventa: "This is Machiventa Melchizedek."

Sandy: "Hello Machiventa. We are glad for you to be in our presence today. I feel you have a lesson for us all."

Machiventa: "Yes, I do. And it is quite an important lesson. We will talk today about making a decision about spirituality -- your spirituality. It is time for many to make a decision, and to either decide whether you are walking with Christ Michael, or whether you are not.

"Many distractions of your material world are simply excuses for you to be on that side of the fence where you believe the grass is so much greener, and just every once in a while you may jump over the fence where Michael is waiting for you. However, after spending just a short time on the side with Michael, you get bored, and then you go back to a lifestyle of greed, and of feeding the ego with such things as believing that you know all the answers.

"You believe you can become angry, and that you must stay in control. You trust that if you cry out against your brothers and sisters, and insist on having power over them, they might follow you in your ideas, and, above all, that you need to prove you are better and smarter than they are, and they must change to your way of thinking.

"You may even call this leadership, when in fact you are truly lacking in faith.

"These human characteristics, such as anger, jealousy, greed, and countless more, take you away from the Father, and away from Michael.

"I must emphasize that you are hardly examining self, except in a way to further boost the ego that is trying hard to prove you are a step ahead of your brothers and sisters, but this is a deviation from the actual truth.

"Look at yourself and examine your true motives and your actions which make you believe you are the only one at the top of the mountain, while others are still struggling on their path of ascension. Make the decision that you are entirely with your fellows in attaining an unselfish program for doing the will of God in your daily life.

"Let us go to the other side of that fence now, and see the wisdom of the Father and of Michael, Who give us a pattern for living that truly is your way to happiness. Step back and examine the way you live your lives. Are you a humble man or woman who knows you do not have all the answers?

"You must look forward to a time when you will naturally strengthen the habit of "pulling toward" the awareness that God is at work in your daily lives. Give and you shall receive. Give to your brothers and sisters that unconditional love.

"Many of you so greatly fear what will happen if you were to become meek, unselfish, and were to give away the fruits of your labors. Hold on to the salvation that has been handed to you by Christ Michael, and love your neighbors, as you love yourself.

"You need to take care of yourself, and stay true to yourself in this way. Gather the fruits of life and give to yourself much of these immaterial things, such as courtesy, honesty and empathy, so that you will acquire much humble wisdom to understand and help others whenever you are needed.

"Christ Michael gives this chance to you all, and many times on every day, but it seems that you are often blinded and unaware of these chances to progress. Stop the merry-go-round of your life and watch for opportunities to do Gods will.

"This is a lesson not just for today, but the lesson for growing spiritually in your daily lives. I send my love to each of you.

Machiventa: "Hello Sandy.  This is your friend, Machiventa.

"Today I would like to speak to you all about the lessons of life.  In fact, all of life is an extensive lesson of great importance.  Many times, I have heard you and others say that you don't want any more hard lessons, and that now you have met with enough obstacles to last you a lifetime.

"And yet, each time again, you are learning that life is a learning experience in itself, of itself, because of the wisdom you gather by actually living through these lessons.  You may even find that you are occasionally setting aside your greatest hopes and treasured dreams for the future, because of another hard lesson to be learned.

"Each "today" is a day that God has gifted to you, and the more wisdom you can gain on each day, the more it is helping you build your character.  Life is a precious commodity, and we Teachers need to impress on you that you are indeed lucky, because of the lessons you have been aware of in the past.  These obstacles, these difficulties, these problems to be solved by you, have the purpose of your drawing you closer to God.

"As you get older, the possibility of your realizing the value of these past lessons are even greater, because of the natural slowing down of your day-to-day activities.  You have time to think, appraise, look back, and consider, in order to, and with more empathy, counsel others you come into contact with.

"Acquired wisdom and knowledge are powerful tools when "you have been there".  Acquired wisdom and knowledge represent a much more complete understanding, compared to your having read about certain experiences, or having been educated to know.

"The awareness that life and its battles are in fact lessons that you must learn, in order for you to value the precious Gift of life that God has given you.

"Do the best you can to educate yourself, my children.  There are many Teachers' transmissions that cover virtually all aspects of the many difficulties you could come to face.  Your very life is your free will in motion.

"You may often look forward to a time when you can have peace of mind, contentment, and tranquillity.  Is this ever truly possible for any of you, without the constant challenges?  Take the experiences you are facing each day, consider them, but learn to leave the results to the Father.

"Give the ability to let go at least as much time as you spend in worrying.  The way of mortal existence becomes easier as you direct your faith to God, Michael and Nebadonia.

"I ask that you put on a happy face as you go about your day, without concern about what tomorrow may bring.

"I am with you all.  I am your Planetary Prince, Machiventa."

Sandy: "Welcome to our home, Machiventa."

Machiventa: "Today, I would like to talk to you all about "oneness".

"Because you are individuals, and spiritual beings, both, it is easy to become involved in so many jobs and tasks and projects, that you may often fail to see the need for the development of your spiritual self. But this matter of development is the sole purpose of your lives and you do indeed, each of you, come into this life quite alone and go out of this life alone.

"Alone; meaning that you travel your road toward ascension, and eventually become one with your Thought Adjuster -- your God Fragment -- and therewith join in with the Father in effecting a new, lasting creation.

"To begin to self-create while on this mortal journey is of the utmost importance. You have the saying that you need to be true to your own self. Although, of course, you need to also be an accepted individual within your society as you struggle for your survival.

"Only Michael can help you see the importance of living up to your potential, while at the same time you must develop the positive characteristics that come from the hard lessons that are needed for the ongoing development of your diverse personalities.

"We appreciate the emotional obstacles that you all must face or side-step in your daily lives. This oneness that you feel must also be "a reaching out" for the Father. You have a great opportunity to do this in your mortal lives, and, as you are His children, He will always steer you in the right direction.

"The thought of "to thine own self be true" will help you in your daily striving to more clearly realize the purpose of life on Urantia.

"I will leave you with this short, but important lesson, and take my leave.
